very berry

blueberries are not my fruit of choice, but a good blueberry muffin is just something i cannot resist. 
i was craving one since this post & decided to give this recipe a try.

i wouldn’t say my attempt at baking these babies was a complete success, as i probably should have used sour cream instead of non-fat greek yogurt to give the muffins more of a tart flavor (& i wish they had come out bigger and “messier” looking), but it was definitely not a flop, as they came out edible.

i think i need some more practice…
