i knew i would miss thailand when i got home, but i didn’t think i would actually crave thai food after leaving the country! there are still so many restaurants i want to go to around here, but thai food has been on my mind for a while now. i miss the eggrolls & the cashew nut chicken the most. tomorrow night we are cooking vegetable fried rice & cashew nut chicken with rice on the side over at a friends house. it’s going to be sooo yummy!!
