i was invited to try piada‘s spring/summer menu this week & how could i resist! they are known for being “italian street food” and their concept is simple- you can choose right off the menu, customize anything you want or build your own creation in a bowl or a piada, which is an italian flatbread. i’ve been to piada before, it’s right by my work so it’s easy to stop by for lunch or have it delivered & it’s so yummy! i usually opt for the same thing which is the crispy chicken blt piada, but after trying the summer avocado piada – i’m hooked! it has pancetta, avocado, arugula, basil aioli, mozzarella, sweet corn and baby tomatoes in it & it was TDF! such a good, fresh combination and overall it was light but filling. we also got to try their sweet corn salad, summer power bowl, farmer’s market salad (which was surprisingly good even though i don’t typically like strawberries and tomatoes in a salad together!) and their delicious berry hibiscus lemonade, which they make in-house.
their spring & summer menu is here!
my new fav: summer avocado piada
farmer’s market salad (which was also insanely good!)- field greens, strawberries, feta, sweet corn, tomatoes, avocado, spiced pecans (which gave it a great crunch) and lemon/basil dressing + berry hibiscus lemonade
summer power bowl – red quinoa, broccoli, sweet corn, tomatoes, glazed chickpeas, pickled red onion, marinated zucchini, harissa & greek yogurt drizzle
baby boy & i loved it!

have you heard of or been to piada? if so, what’s your favorite thing on the menu?
they have a few locations around dallas, which you can find here, so be sure to check them out & try their summer menu soon!
